CANCELLATION POLICY

• 7 days or more PRIOR to the date of the party - 100% Deposit Refunded
• Less than 7 days PRIOR to date of party - 50% Deposit Refunded
• Less than 24 hours notice PRIOR to date of party - Deposit Forfeited

RESCHEDULING YOUR PARTY POLICY

• 7 Days or more PRIOR to date of party - 100% Deposit will hold new date
• Less than 7 days PRIOR to the date of party - $200 of Deposit will transfer to new date (an additional $50 deposit (nonrefundable) will be required to hold the new date)
• Less than 24 hours notice PRIOR to the date of party - $150 of Deposit will transfer to new date (an additional $100 deposit (nonrefundable) will be required to hold the new date)
• If cancellation of party ultimately happens - CANCELLATION POLICY applies pertaining to the available deposit that is refundable to you

**Loss of any part of Deposit reflects the loss of time in scheduling, planning, and/or product purchased specifically for your party**

NUMBER OF FRIENDS REQUIRED AT PARTY

Must have at least 5 friends getting services done at the party (you count as 1 of the 5) - more than 5 is great!

Service pricing INCLUDES all travel, mileage & planning costs. NO ADDITIONAL FEES.

SERVICE PAYMENT/GRATUITY/TIPPING

• All payments will be due at time of service and can be made in GlossGenius Booking App
• Any Gratuity/Tips can be made in Cash, Venmo, CashApp or Zelle. No credit card accepted

WHAT YOU NEED TO PROVIDE AT THE PARTY

• List of all friends will be attending and the services they are requesting
• Private room to perform waxing (ex: bedroom/office) that will be large enough to fit a massage table
• Room must have an available outlet

EVERYONE HAS BEEN WAXED

• Your available Deposit will be RETURNED to you. **CANCELLATION POLICY applies**
• You as the host will be awarded a $10 OFF Coupon Code to be used at Bella Cera Skin Studio for a future service
• Your friends who got waxed will receive a $5 OFF Coupon Code to be used at Bella Cera Skin Studio for a future service
