Bella Cera Services are by Appointment ONLY

Confirmation emails/texts will be sent 2-3 days prior. Please confirm or reschedule your appointment through that message.


Waiver & Consent Forms


Waiver and Consent Forms are required to be signed PRIOR to any service. You can locate the appropriate form pertaining to your service in your Confirmation Email. There is a link (following information-in blue letters) in the BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL section.



Forms of Payment/Gratuity/Tips

  • All major credit cards accepted for services and/or products
  • A convenience fee of 3.5% will be added for any transaction using a credit card.
  • Accepted Forms of Gratuity - Cash, Venmo, CashApp & Zelle
  • NO CREDIT CARD TIPS ACCEPTED

SERVICE DEPOSIT POLICY

Booking any service will require a valid credit card to be kept on file to your account. You may use this card at check out OR any other form of payment you choose. This card may also be used if a Cancellation Fee or No Show Fee is required.


CANCELLATION POLICY

We greatly appreciate 24 hours' notice to cancel your appointment. You may cancel through your reminder confirmation link sent via email/text. You may be subject to a 25% cancellation (total of services booked) for cancelling last minute to your credit card on file. Please reach out to us ASAP to reschedule your appointment to avoid any fees.


LATE POLICY

A 10-minute grace period is granted for all appointments. For example, if your appointment is at 10am, you'll need to be INSIDE the suite by 10:10am. Once the 10-minute mark hits, you are considered a NO SHOW and your credit card on file will be charged a 50% fee of your booked services before rescheduling a future appointment.


NO SHOW FEE

If a client is a no show (there was no contact made via phone, text or email before the appointment) the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.


CHILD(REN) OR EXTRA GUEST POLICY

Due to limited space and safety concerns in the wax suite, we kindly request that you do not bring extra guests and/or children to your service. This allows us to concentrate on the client and the wax service without distractions. If your schedule does not allow you to come alone, please ensure that any guests/children are well behaved and are willing to sit quietly in a chair.


INVALID CREDIT CARD ON FILE POLICY

If your credit card on file is declined for any reason, an invoice will be sent via email. The invoice will need to be paid IN FULL and a new form of payment will need to be updated before any future appointments are requested.
